Try Madlibber.com! Students are given a list of words that they must choose (adj, verbs, nouns, adverbs, etc.), and then they get to see the story that they created. BUT, it doesn't end there! Students can also create their own stories for others to complete. This makes it more adaptable to all subject areas. Students could create a math or history story, leaving blanks for different vocabulary terms.

Glogster allows you or your students to create a digital poster using your pictures and videos. You have to join, but it's free. It has lots of fun layouts and themes to customize your posters (e.g. stickers and animations). You could use a Glogster poster on your wiki. Students can create glogsters to demonstrate knowledge of content.
